As far as technology, this was the era that began to see iron and bronze metallurgy. At first weapons were made of wood and stones, but once people began to be able to control fire and learn how to use it in combination with metals to make stronger materials, new tools and weapons were created. Also, bronze chariots were created. In times of war, they were an unstoppable force.

Considered one of the most amazing human accomplishments, Egyptian pyramids are probably the most recognized around the world. Built as tombs for pharaohs, they contained the many goods that the Egyptians thought would be necessary for the deceased in the afterlife.
